A recent article in the Daily Telegraph outlined how riding the waves quells anxiety. So powerful are the benefits that some doctors in Devon and Cornwall are prescribing surfing for anxiety. Storm Callum really hit us hard down here in the South West. In it’s aftermath we took a couple of days off and surfed down in Cornwall. As you can see the waves were pretty good. Almost as good as North Devon’s Westward Ho, Saunton or Croyde!!.

Busy with hen and stag parties!

It seems that everyone is getting married. We’ve been busy taking out groups of stags and hens. They have been having fun paddle boarding at Bideford, coasteering on the coast at Baggy Point and surfing at Westward Ho!. The water is still warm and recently produced some very clean easy waves.
